Rodrigo Scotini (he/him)
With extensive experience in policy and advocacy, Rodrigo has worked with the WHO, foundations, pharmaceutical companies, EU institutions, and national health authorities, focusing on global health systems, policy influence, strategic partnerships, and funding for disease prevention and preparedness.

Sofia Todd-Tombini (she/her)
Sofia is a public policy analyst in the field of global health, with experience in AMR policy in Latin America and women's health advocacy. Her background in soft power and communications fuels her interest in the intersection between global health and public diplomacy. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Hertie School.

Carl Aryan (he/him)
Carl is a dedicated healthcare manager and with a D.M.D. and notable publications, recognized for his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now in Denmark, he leads Committee Management team at IDA and promotes a "One Health" approach to address AMR and enhance global health through digital innovations.

Scientific Research Lead
Dr Lubna Khatoon
Dr. Lubna Khatoon, a biochemist with a PhD in infectious diseases, has held academic and research positions in Pakistan, the U.S., Australia, and Denmark. Now a lecturer in Copenhagen, she oversees IDA’s research repository and leads a team of young scientists.

With a background in Advanced Global Studies and European & International Studies, she specializes in policy advocacy, humanitarian aid, and healthcare access. Fluent in multiple languages, she fosters cross-cultural cooperation to strengthen healthcare systems.

Leonardo, pursuing a Master’s in European and International Studies, specializes in international law, human rights, and crisis management. With experience in global migration and disaster response, he leads humanitarian projects aimed at advancing equitable, human-centered solutions to pressing global challenges.

Eileen, a former Anesthesiology Assistant with a Global Health and International Relations background, excels in project management and policy advocacy. She has led health awareness campaigns, conducted research in humanitarian settings, and built cross-sector partnerships to promote equitable healthcare.

Lakshi, a Public Policy graduate from the Hertie School, has experience in journalism and international development. She has worked on migration, public finance, and AI governance. Passionate about health equity, she leverages strategic communications to strengthen policy frameworks for infectious disease preparedness and response.

Iris, a Global Health professional with a nursing background, focuses on tuberculosis prevention and public health in underserved communities. With experience in India, Ethiopia, and Kenya, she seeks to advance equitable healthcare in both clinical and community settings.

With experience at Greece’s Directorate of Health Control and UNRWA, she has gained insights into governmental and international efforts to control disease spread and mitigate climate-driven health impacts.

Geoffrey, a Public Health professional pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Health, specializes in adolescent health, HIV/AIDS, and integrated primary healthcare. With experience in program management, he works to address systemic health disparities and improve access to essential services in underserved communities.

Nadia, a Master’s student in Public Health at UCPH, specializes in infectious disease epidemiology and policy impact on outbreaks. With a background in research on infections as dementia risk factors, she has also mentored for the Red Cross and studied at the University of Western Australia.

Shreya, a Public Policy professional, specializes in digital governance, AI policy, and global health. With a Master’s in Public Policy, she has worked with GIZ, UNGCNI, and the Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure, co-authoring research on digital health and financial inclusion.

Kristina, a VFX artist and video editor with a background in literature, film, and theater, is completing her VFX studies at Kristiania in Oslo. Passionate about storytelling, she creates impactful content that aligns with IDA’s mission to promote global health awareness and positive change.

Aammarah, a graduate in International Relations and Italian Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, specializes in foreign policy analysis and digital content management. Bilingual in English and Italian, she excels in research, cross-cultural communication, and clear dissemination of complex topics.

Ruth, a development professional with expertise in gender and partnership building, holds a Public Health degree from Mekelle University and is pursuing a Master’s in Local Development at the University of Padua. She has worked with organizations like VOICE Amplified and the Malala Fund.

Constança, a Communication and Cultural Studies student at the University of Lisbon, has experience in PR, corporate communications, and social media marketing. Passionate about geopolitics and international development, she has worked with UNICEF Guinea-Bissau and the UN Volunteers on outreach initiatives.
