The Global Health Finance Coalition Associate will play a key role in supporting GHFC’s operational, advocacy, and coordination functions. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional with strong interest in global health financing, policy engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and coalition-based advocacy. The Associate will work closely with GHFC leadership to advance strategic initiatives, manage coalition activities, and strengthen GHFC’s influence in global health financing arenas.

  • Support development of membership materials, briefings, newsletters, and coalition updates.

  • Support GHFC representation and visibility at key global health platforms (e.g., World Health Assembly, UNGA, and health financing forums).

  • Monitor global health financing developments and contribute insights to internal discussions.

EVENT PLANNING & EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT

  • Assist in planning and execution of coalition events, webinars, workshops, and global dialogues related to health financing.

  • Coordinate logistics, speaker engagement, and dissemination of event outputs.

COMMUNICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Support production of external communication materials that articulate GHFC’s mission, campaign goals, and policy recommendations.

  • Compile and share GHFC insights, key messages, and advocacy outcomes across digital platforms and member networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, global health policy, international development, economics, finance, or a related discipline.

  • 1–4 years of relevant professional experience in global health advocacy, policy research, coalition coordination, or health financing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear, policy-oriented content for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders from civil society, government, and multilateral institutions.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to GHFC’s mission of equitable health financing.

What we offer
