About the job

The HealthFund Hub is an early-stage digital platform connecting investors, funders, and resource-seeking organizations across global health. It brings funding discovery, verified profiles, and matchmaking into a single environment to make global health financing more efficient, transparent, and fair. We're building from the ground up and looking for two people to drive the business and marketing side of the platform through launch and early growth.

To build and manage the platform's external relationships and its voice — developing partnerships with key players in the global health finance ecosystem while owning communications, outreach, and content.

Responsibilities

Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with philanthropic networks, donor consortiums, CSR forums, government agencies, and research bodies

  • Lead outreach to target partners (e.g. foundations, impact investors, Convergence Network, Devex, Transform Health Fund, GlobalGiving, UHC2030) and early adopters

  • Prepare outreach lists, concept notes, demo materials, and early-adopter/co-branding proposals

  • Represent the platform at major forums, sector events, and civil-society summits

Communications

  • Own the HealthFund Hub's LinkedIn presence — building the voice, growing the audience, and driving engagement

  • Plan, write, and grow the newsletter for stakeholders across the ecosystem

  • Develop outreach packages: one-page introductions, demo videos, membership details, and benefit descriptions

  • Coordinate webinars and training sessions to help NGOs and partners navigate the platform

  • Support proposal writing and communication materials for partners and funders

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, communications, outreach, or a related field

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills for professional, mission-driven audiences

  • Comfort managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and email/newsletter channels

  • A relationship-builder who can represent the platform credibly to senior stakeholders

  • Interest or background in global health, development, or the NGO/donor space is a strong plus

What we offer

  • Ownership of the platform's external voice and key relationships from day one

  • A seat at the table as the platform and its partner ecosystem grow

  • Direct exposure to leading organizations across global health and impact finance
