IDA’s webinar ‘Building Climate Resilience Through Health: A Pre-COP30 Dialogue’ will take place virtually on November 17th, 2025.
While COP30 will still be taking place in Belém, Brazil, this virtual session will convene policymakers, health and climate experts, and civil society leaders for a dynamic dialogue on the intersection of climate change and health. The discussion will explore the climate-health policy nexus, highlight the European regional approach, and examine the One Health framework. Participants will also engage with tangible solutions emerging from cross-sectoral partnerships and collaborative initiatives. While COP is taking place for 11 days, the climate-health issues are lived with year-round. The hope is to keep the momentum going beyond the event.
Objectives
