Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)
Coordinating civil society advocacy on antimicrobial stewardship, diagnostics access, and One Health policy to counter drug resistance globally.
The AMR Committee is IDA's platform for coordinated civil society action on antimicrobial resistance. We unite member organisations to develop joint policy positions, engage WHO and G7 AMR processes, and translate field expertise into actionable recommendations on stewardship, diagnostics, and cross-sector governance. Our work bridges human health, animal health, and environmental sectors under a unified One Health advocacy approach.
