Infectious Diseases Policy & Advocacy
Coordinating IDA's unified civil society voice on infectious disease policy - from WHO and G7 engagement to SDG accountability and the Triple Ask.
The ID Policy and Advocacy Committee is IDA's policy coordination engine. We align advocacy positions across all 13 committees, coordinate civil society presence at WHA and WHO governance processes, and produce evidence-based position papers for G7, G20, and UNGA. Our flagship initiative - the Triple Ask - calls for an Integrated Guidelines Compendium, Infectious Disease Best Buys, and a Global Coordination Mechanism to end the fragmentation of infectious disease response.
