The HR Associate will support daily HR and coordination activities, including recruitment, onboarding, team communications, and maintaining records. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR or nonprofit career to gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities
Post vacancies, coordinate candidate outreach, and schedule interviews
Support onboarding of new members, volunteers, and partners
Maintain internal records and HR documentation
Assist in organizing team-building and internal learning sessions
Requirements
Background in HR, organizational psychology, administration, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
Experience with intercultural and remote teams is an asset
Motivation to contribute to global health and civil society
