Support day-to-day coordination of PHCC activities under guidance from senior staff
Assist with maintaining internal communication channels, shared resources, documentation, and action trackers.
Support the organization of coalition meetings and working groups, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Assist with administrative aspects of coalition governance processes, including tracking participation and supporting inclusive member representation.

Support implementation of PHCC’s membership strategy and contribute to membership growth and retention.
Conduct outreach to prospective members and support the onboarding of new coalition members.
Maintain and update membership directories, profiles, onboarding materials, engagement trackers, and CRM or database systems.
Support regular communication and engagement with members, including gathering updates, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and following up on member needs.
Track membership engagement and help identify opportunities to strengthen member participation and value.

Support implementation of PHCC’s fundraising and resource mobilization strategy.
Research and identify potential donors, funding opportunities, foundations, and strategic partners aligned with PHCC priorities.
Maintain fundraising pipelines, donor databases, and tracking systems.
Support the development and editing of funding proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and other fundraising materials.
Assist with donor and partner communications, meeting preparation, follow-up, and relationship management.
Monitor relevant funding trends and opportunities and share findings with the PHCC team.

Support planning and delivery of webinars, workshops, and advocacy-related events
Assist with speaker coordination, event materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up
Help compile participant lists, summaries, and feedback

Assist with drafting, editing, and formatting meeting summaries, newsletters, briefs, and updates
Support digital communications and visibility efforts
Help maintain shared communications assets, membership profile and contact lists

Support relationship management with coalition members, donors, partners, and external stakeholders through coordination, communication, and follow-up.
Assist with facilitating collaboration across stakeholders by supporting working groups, information sharing, and coordination processes.
Help compile and synthesize member and stakeholder inputs to inform coalition planning and activities.
