The Committee addresses the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance by promoting responsible antimicrobial use, stronger stewardship, infection prevention and coordinated global action. It brings together expertise and advocacy across sectors to support more effective prevention and response, reduce drug-resistant infections, and help preserve the effectiveness of essential medicines for future generations.
